This item has been graded per TCA standards C-6: Very Good based on visual appearance. This item is heavily damaged. The front wheel assembly is completely broken and the screws to hold it in place are missing. The piece that holds the wheel assembly in its place in the actual unit is broken as well. The trucks are in pieces and broken but they are included in the box. Most of the hand railings and ladders and extra trim pieces are missing and or broken. The original box is included. The instruction manual is not included. Overall condition is Very Good.
