This item has been graded per TCA standards C-7: Excellent based on visual appearance. There are light nicks and scratches on the surface of this item. When tested, this item runs at a low rate of speed and is being sold AS-IS. A box is included, however it is the incorrect box and has custom notations from previous owner. The instruction manual is not included. Please see the attached picture for inspection details and additional operation information. Overall condition is Excellent.
